Once we have written your resume, we will email you a copy of the first draft in Microsoft Word format and ask that you review the document thoroughly and request any changes that need to be made.

We will ask you to email us your resume and a link to the position for which you would like to apply. We will arrange a personal consultation with you or a time to consult over the phone or online and work with you to update your resume.
We will ask you to send us a copy of your resume and a link to the position for which you would like to apply. If we have not already done so, ideally we will arrange a consultation to ensure we capture the essence of your skills, experiences, attributes and interest in the position.
We will ask you to send us a copy of the job description, the key selection criteria that is to be addressed and your resume. We will then email you a document asking you to provide an example for each criteria written in the STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) format. The document will have clear instructions and a table for you to complete for each criteria.
On receipt of your completed document we will call you at a convenient time to discuss each response in further detail, if required.
We will work with you to ensure that your resume and key selection criteria responses are consistent.
Please note that it isn’t possible to write high calibre key selection criteria documents without your assistance.

We will arrange a personal consultation with you for a tailored coaching session that will provide you with all the tools you need to effectively practice and prepare for your upcoming interview.
