Annabel Hall is a passionate and dedicated recruitment consultant with over ten years national and international recruitment experience. Annabel has worked both client side and for Australia’s leading recruitment agency. She has successfully recruited at all career levels from graduate to senior executive across a number of disciplines including but not limited to Information Technology, Sales & Marketing, Accountancy & Finance, Customer Service and Credit Control. Annabel’s experience spans the public and private sector including an in-depth knowledge of the Victorian Government’s recruitment practices.
Annabel has extensive experience coaching candidates on resume preparation, job application documents, key selection criteria and interviewing skills. She has prepared many job descriptions and interview guides for clients’ and is therefore well versed in what employers’ are looking for, throughout the recruitment process. Annabel’s success in the recruitment industry was largely due to the strong partnerships she built with her clients’ and the strong working relationships she built with her candidates’.
Annabel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (RMIT) and a Post Graduate Diploma of Business, Human Resource Management (Swinburne University).
